The standard 3.5 tonne Scarab Minor is the most versatile urban/precinct sweeper in the world. With a hopper capacity of 2.0 cubic metres fitted with Large Access doors on either side, a water tank of 420 litres using a heavy duty commercial water pump to power the low pressure front spray bar, brush and nozzle jets.
A wander hose to clean awkward areas or gulleys, and its standard unique four-brush sweeping pattern giving you a sweep width of up to 2.17 metres combines for an unrivalled performance, it is a full-size sweeper in a small package. Ideal for many applications from pavement to heavy duty street cleansing, to food & packaging warehouses, park lands and airport perimeters. With clean - efficient Euro 4 3.0 turbo charged VM power unit, single-pedal control, compact dimensions and a unique sweeping pattern allied to outstanding versatility, the Scarab Minor represents class leading performance no matter how you choose to measure it. SCARAB MINOR VARIANTS Dual Sweep Minor: To satisfy the need to sweep roundabouts and one-way systems, the five-brush Dual Sweep option makes the Scarab Minor the only sweeper in it`s class to be able to offer heavy duty channel sweeping on either side and a massive 2.5m swept width. Low Height Minor: In order to meet with customer demand a special low-height version of the Minor is now available. The 2.1m overall height is aimed at giving operators the ability to sweep underpasses, cycle-ways and multi-storey car parks with ease. High Tip Minor: Where the location of disposal facilities are limited, the High discharge option can afford the operator with a more flexible approach to disposal of swept detritus whilst maintaining all the benefits of the standard machine. Street Wash Minor : The Scarab Minor can be quickly transformed into a dedicated 150 bar (2200psi) high-pressure street-washing vehicle complete with an operator controlled spray bar and up to 1400 litres of water for prolonged cleaning duties.
